Refund Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All onboarding materials, including website content, images, branding assets, templates, and any required business information, must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial subscription.

The 7–14 day setup and delivery timeline begins only after all required onboarding materials and system access have been received and confirmed as complete by VWA Command. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or late submissions from the client.

Your VWA Command system—including your website, funnels, core automation setup, and digital ads setup (if included in your selected plan)—will be completed and delivered within 7–14 days following full onboarding completion.

Any delays in providing required materials, approvals, or access will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Refund eligibility is limited to cases where VWA Command is unable to deliver your complete system within the stated 7–14 day delivery timeframe after receiving and confirming all required onboarding information.

To request a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of onboarding completion. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Once your system has been delivered, or if delays occur due to missing, incomplete, or late onboarding materials, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

VWA Command provides marketing systems, automation, and website/funnel development services but does not guarantee specific business results or earnings. Outcomes depend on factors such as your offer, market conditions, execution, and other external variables.
